Item I will that all such debts and dewtyes as I owe of right of conscience to any persone or persones bee well and trulye contented and payd by mine Executors hereafter named or els ordayned for soe to be payd without any delaye or contradictions.
Item I give unto my daughter Anne the wyfe of William Walters, one heifer of two yeares of age, with one fetherbedd, a fether boulster and A Chaffe boulster with twoe fetherpillowes, one coverlett and one blanckett and one payre of sheetes. To have after the decease of mee and Annis my wife, one quarter of oates to be payd the next harvest of decease. Alsoe I give her three ridges of wheate lyeinge next unto one ridge of wheate with thee hath sowed there of her owne. Alsoe I give more unto her one horse.
Item I give unto William Walters and Anne Walters my daughter Annes children Twelve pence a peece. To be payd unto them Twelve monethes after my decease.
Item I give unto Annis my wife All my pewter exceptinge a great platter which I give and bequeath after her decease to Henrye Balcombe the sonne of my sonne Henrye,
Item I give and bequeath unto my sonne Thomas Balcombe. The Table standinge in the Hall with all the benches and formes thereunto belonginge. Item more I give unto the sayd Thomas my sonne, and to Thomas Balcombe my Brother Twelve pence a peece whome I make and ordayne to bee my overseers of trust. Item the residue of my goods not yet bequeathed.
I will give and bequeath unto Henrye Balcombe my sonne whom I make and ordayne my whole Executor. And I Utterlye revoke and Annull, All and everyother formes Testamentes and Wills.
